VoIP Dialing.com and Your Privacy

Upon registration our members are required to provide full name, street address, e-mail address, password and other information as apply. This information is used to manage the access to sensitive member-specific information such as account balance, member profile, and eligibility for certain services and benefits provided by VoIP Dialing and its affiliates. Members' correct full name and postal address are required for payment processing. Email address is required to provide value-added services. VoIP Dialing.com will not distribute user information to third-party companies without members' explicit permission.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our Site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point, we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users via e-mail.

Cookies

Cookies are tiny text files written on a user's computer. VoIP Dialing uses cookies to customize services for its users. Upon registration, all users grant to VoIP Dialing their explicit permission to create and manage cookies to personally identify members and render its services. The users have the option to decline cookies by changing the security setting of their browser, by deleting cookie files, and by terminating their VoIP Dialing account.

Security

VoIP Dialing has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use industry standard procedures and processes, such as firewall, proxies, encryption and monitoring to prevent abuse of our network and its data. Access to user's data is limited to Database Administrators and Customer Service Representatives only. There are several measures implemented to control access to the data, based on login passwords, NT and UNIX file access permissions, and IP address permissions.

CPNI

VoIP Dialing acknowledges that it has a duty, and Customer has a right, under federal and/or state law to protect the confidentiality of Customer's proprietary network information (“CPNI”). Such CPNI includes information about the telecommunications Services purchased by Customer from VoIP Dialing, Customer account activity (for example, telephone numbers) and charges incurred by Customer. With Customer’s consent, VoIP Dialing may use this information for marketing purposes to offer Customer the full range of products and services available from VoIP Dialing that may be different from the type of Services Customer currently buys from VoIP Dialing. By using the Services and taking no further action, Customer gives VoIP Dialing Customer’s consent to use and disclose Customer CPNI as described above. Customer may refuse CPNI consent by signing up for Services but then notifying VoIP Dialing in writing of Customer’s decision to withhold Customer’s consent. Customer’s consent or refusal to consent will remain valid until Customer otherwise advises VoIP Dialing Customer’s decision to approve or disapprove use or disclosure of Customer CPNI as described in this section will not affect VoIP Dialing’s provision of Service to Customer.
